WebLibyen (arabisk: ليبيا, Lībīya, italiensk: Libia), officielt Staten Libyen (arabisk: دولة ليبيا, Dawlat Lībīya) er et land i Nordafrika. Det ligger med middelhavskysten i nord, og grænser mod Egypten i øst, Sudan i sydøst, Tchad og Niger i syd, og Algeriet og Tunesien i vest.
